En Junio 2008. La Sra. Mercado me presentó en la compra de mi  casa en La Puente, CA. Era una propiedad reposeida del banco. Tambien me ayudó enobtener el mejor préstamo fijo por 30 años. Ella tambien nos representó en la compra de nuestra primera casa en Baldwin Park hace como 5 años. Yo la recomiendo, tiene bastante conocimientos en su ramo.

Irma was recommended to me two years ago. When I met her and explained to her my situation.  She told me, Blanca if you wish to buy a home, you must follow my adivice.  I needed to work on my credit and my employment. I did, for two years. Now I purchased a home in Fontana.  It was a difficult transaction because it was a short sale and the other agent was inexperienced.  Irma made sure all was taken care and did a good job. I closed my purchase in June 2008.
