Irma L.Mercado, the broker, has been known by her constantly expanding clientele as a person with an impeccable reputation. A person fully committed to assist her clients in offering advice and sharing her personal experiences in all kinds of issues:  from property values, taxation, mortgages and personal financing, escrow, title, insurance and education to even personal questions. She immigrated from Mexico with her parents when she was 16 yrs old. She attended Belmont High School and CA State University at Los Angeles.  Before joining the Real Estate profession, she worked for 8 yrs as a Department Manager and as a Cosmetic Buyer for The Broadway, now Macy's Department Stores.

Irma has been married for 30 yrs and is a mother of two boys and one girl. Her elder son Jimmy, is a graduate of UCLA and currently studying law. Alexander her middle son, is currently a student at Mt Sierra College where he is seeking a bachelor degree in Computer Netwroking. Her younger daughter, Barbara, will be graduating from CA State Fullerton with a degree in Science Communications in 2009.
